Peter has over 20 years of experience valuing properties in all price ranges, including country homes, townhouses, coastal properties and business premises.
Not only being an RICS Qualified Survey, but Peter is also a CEMAP Qualified mortgage advisor (No longer Trading) and has extensive experience and knowledge in mortgage lending and criteria and a comprehensive understanding of the conveyancing process with over 30 years of industry experience.
